WORKING TOGETHER

From the first brief
to the agreed details.

A practical route for business buyers. Every enquiry starts with your product requirements and the commercial details behind them.

Apparel materials and garments for a sourcing brief

Bring the details that matter.

A reference image is a useful starting point. A specification sheet, target quantity and destination help make the conversation more precise.

Prepare an enquiry
01 / PRODUCT BRIEF

Tell us what you are buying.

Share the clothing categories, intended market, reference styles and product requirements. Include fabric composition, weight, colourways, size range and finishing details where available.

02 / COMMERCIAL DISCUSSION

Put your requirements in context.

Indicate quantities by style or colour, your delivery destination and target timing. Minimum quantities, indicative costs and feasible schedules depend on the brief and are confirmed in the quotation.

03 / SPECIFICATION REVIEW

Agree what will be supplied.

Discuss the relevant samples, measurements, labels, packaging and quality requirements before order confirmation. Any agreed sample, inspection or documentation arrangements should be recorded in writing.

04 / ORDER CONFIRMATION

Keep the commercial terms clear.

Review the written quotation and agreed specifications. Pricing, payment arrangements, delivery terms and the responsibilities of each party are confirmed before an order is accepted.

BUYER QUESTIONS

A few useful starting points.

What should I include in my first enquiry?

Tell us your company name, the garment categories or styles, approximate quantity, delivery destination and any target date. Reference images and technical specifications can be shared in the email or WhatsApp conversation.

Do you publish fixed prices or minimum quantities?

Prices and minimum quantities are quoted for the specific product brief. Fabric, construction, quantity, colour breakdown and packaging can all affect the proposal.

Can I discuss labels, packaging or custom specifications?

Yes. Include those requirements in your enquiry so that feasibility, costs and any sample requirements can be discussed before you commit.

When is an order confirmed?

An enquiry does not place an order. An order is confirmed only after the product specifications and commercial terms have been accepted in writing by both parties.
