INFORMATION
Privacy notice
How information is handled when you use this website and contact the company.
Information you choose to provide
You may share your name, business contact details, company information and product requirements when you contact us. Only provide information that is relevant to your enquiry, and avoid including sensitive personal documents in an initial message.
The enquiry form
The enquiry form prepares a brief in your browser. Its fields are not submitted to a website server. When you choose WhatsApp or email, the selected service receives the draft details and you decide whether to send them. Product category selections, selected style references, target quantities and size ranges are stored locally in your browser so they can be carried to the enquiry page; your personal form fields are not saved in that storage.
Business correspondence
Information you send to the company is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss products and commercial arrangements, and maintain relevant business correspondence. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your correspondence; applicable recordkeeping requirements may affect what can be removed.
Third-party services
WhatsApp and your email provider process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Your hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses local browser storage for selected product categories, style references and their target quantities and size ranges. You can clear these selections in your browser settings. No advertising or analytics service is included in this site.
